Toddler Found Alone Wandering the Street with Marijuana Pipe

So the internet has brought many stories that would normally go unseen to the eyes of the world. We all knew there were bad parents out there… but we had no idea exactly how many or just HOW BAD they were. It seems like one of the first concepts you should grasp upon entering parenthood would be the fact that you should definitely keep all of your drug paraphernalia up high in a cabinet somewhere. Another of the very basic entry level concepts of parenthood that should be understood right away is making sure your kid isn’t wandering the streets. Well, one set of parents managed to f**k both of these up.

Bethlehem, PA is a place that is usually very quiet if not downright docile. That is until police received reports of a toddler walking alone on West Boulevard. When police showed up the kid was scared and alone. He was carrying a glass marijuana pipe, a pack of smokes and had soiled himself. Granted Fork’s own Andy Green has also been found in the same state… but he’s an adult. This kid was 19 months old. The boys parents Keith and Katherine Schneider are now facing a gauntlet of charges for their inability to not suck at parenting.

When police located the parents they found a bunch of pot and more glass pipes. Keith Schneider told authorities that he was sleeping when the child slipped out for his night on the town. They are facing child endangerment and drug charges. The boy is said to be currently staying at a relative’s house. Let’s just hope that it isn’t a crazy uncle’s house. With parents like Keith and Kathy failing in such epic proportions, it’s terrible to think what could come of the boy after a month long stay at his crazy uncle Cecil’s house.
