There are a bunch of factors that go into a flawless execution of a superhero tattoo. The artist needs to be extremely competent and hopefully familiar with the franchise you wish to immortalize on your flesh. You have to imagine a good situation for the character you want forever carved onto your body. What you definitely don’t want, however, is Beast from “The X-Men” on your leg looking like he wants his belly rubbed. Also, “Oh my Stars and Garters!” is one of the lamest thing any comic book character ever uttered. Makes Robin look like Samuel L. Jackson.
