You’ve got a vengeance driven re-animated superhuman who is super pissed off and takes it out on those who spited him. Well, Hollywood has decided it’s time to give this series a good swift reboot in the ass.
The producers just called down the screenplay thunder of Alex Tse of “Watchmen” fame and the film will be directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo (28 Weeks Later.) The first movie was extremely groundbreaking and these new filmmakers have extremely high standards to meet set forth by the millions of fans of the cult classic. No pressure guys, but you might want to try and not ruin this one–especially since these fans are dedicated to a character who comes back from the dead to enact vengeance.
