George C. Scott Reacts To Adam Sandler’s ‘Jack and Jill’

I don’t expect Adam Sandler movies to be Academy Award nominees, but at the very least, I do expect them not to be horrifying parodies of themselves. The trailer for Jack and Jill, the upcoming Sandler film in which he plays both a dude and his obnoxious twin sister, plays like a bonus feature on Funny People. Remember Re-Do?

At least now you know you weren’t the only person squirming in your seat watching this. George C. I, too, screamed uncontrollably for the projectionist to “turn it off” at my local AMC, and even though I got a standing ovation from the crowd, the management kicked me out. “This is Sandler country,” the burly ushers said as they threw me out onto the street.
