Louis CK is one of the most honest comedians to ever take the stage. Every joke out of his mouth is a comedic observation on the essence of life as a man, a husband and a father.

Hard to imagine that he sucked for 15 years.

Louis CK is rapidly becoming a comedy legend. He’s on his second TV show and he’s recorded four comedy DVDs in six years. Along the way he’s picked up a Primetime Emmy nomination for work on his TV show and has either acted in and/or wrote several movies and television shows.

But it took him 15 years to get out of his comedic rut and truly break into his craft. George Carlin, his personal hero, was the key to the process that’s made him the comedy powerhouse he’s rapidly becoming. Here he pays his respect to Carlin in his own unique way.
