Pitbull Plays With Raccoon (Video)
Dogs usually love to maul small animals like raccoons, squirrels, and anything else that skitters away really fast as to attract the most dog-attention possible. Nothing gets on a dog’s death-radar than frantic fleeing. Raccoons aren’t any better; they usually have rabies and are sabre toothed demons of the night. In this case, a very sweet pitbull gently plays with his buddy, a cute and friendly raccoon.

A lot of ignorant people hear ‘pitbull’ and gasp, automatically thinking of baby-eating murder machines. The truth behind the pitbull myth is that any dog can be trained (or neglected) into viciousness, but pits are the top choice for dog fighters due to their muscular stature and locking jaw lined with razor sharp teeth. Thousands of well trained pits are just as friendly and loving as the one in this video, and the breed really gets the short end of the stick because of the cruelty people inflict on them in ‘sport’. With kindness and proper training, a pit is just like any other dog.
Okay, enough already. Less depressing, more cute-ing:
