Zombie Obstacle Course Looks Awesome

Run For Your Lives is an interactive obstacle course full of flesh-hungry zombies groping for your life…bandana. Although there’s no physical contact allowed (zombies aim for a red flag tied to your pants), the 5k obstacle course is full of frightening, lonely lengths of woods, sewage tunnels to crawl through, and other unnerving tests.


During the 5k run for your life, there are 12 obstacles (including a pool of blood in some areas). At the end of the course, you’re either rewarded for your bravery or ‘transformed’ into a zombie. Both zombies and humans get to partake in the music and beer drinking during the celebration that follows.

As of right now, there are locations scheduled in Baltimore, Atlanta, Boston, Indianapolis, Seattle, Pittsburgh, San Diego, and Austin.

If you’re too much of a scaredy-cat to run from some fake-ass zombies who aren’t even allowed to touch you, there’s always the Apocalypse Pass. It gives you access to the afterparty, along with the opportunity to gleefully watch your friends get down and dirty in the course.

To be fair, this is close to a manifestation of many people’s nightmares and would probably scar a lot of children (and some adults) for life. You should probably not take any type of hallucinogens before entering this ‘ride’.
