Last year, the Super Bowl covered the fines applied to Janet Jackson by the FCC. This year, the Super Bowl has made artists responsible for their own nip slips and flip-offs. Since MIA’s ‘vulgar gesture’, she’s been pretty quiet as she’s probably being berated by her PR team who is scrambling to rectify this situation.
