So a couple of guys want to go skating but the only thing stopping them is Officer Doofy. Sure we see dumb cops on YouTube everyday but this guy goes beyond dumb.

I’ve never seen such a stupid looking, and sounding, cop in all my life. How the hell did he ever get handed a badge and a gun? This guy pulling a gun – now that’s a very scary thought.
