Kids do dumb stuff on their own. No shit. Somewhat unfortunately for this child, he’s not alone in this video, but being watched by his dimwit parents who didn’t even think to give him a helmet.
It’s unfortunate because they probably aren’t going to get any smarter. All he needed was a helmet. Maybe some kneepads. Let him do all the dumb shit he wants, but at least prepare him a little bit.
