Behold! 50 of the dumbest questions mankind has dared to ask taken from the comedy gold-mine that is Yahoo Answers. It’s a scary thought that these people have internet access, but even more terrifying is that they are breeding (most of the questions are sex and pregnancy related).

Actually, I think you are not being that smart yourselves – half of these questions are people trying (not that sucessfully) and others are not that dumb – for example, the one about how to water a tree – during a drought, it's an important question. Lots of people don't know how to do that with any degree of efficiency, so they waste a lot of water and don't help the tree. For the record, you don't want to water near the trunk, you want to water further out, where the feeder roots go looking for water – and you also want to look at ways to make the water soak deeply enough into the ground to make a difference. And you don't want to water very often – seldom but deeply, to reach the roots. It's not dumb to know when to ask a question.

A friend of mine was doing an assignment for his 7th form business class in High School. He decided he wanted it to look professional so he typed it out on computer. The only problem is that he didn't know what the little red and green lines were under the words so he handed it in with grammatical errors and spelling mistakes.
