There’s really no joke here — only the frightening reality that American cops can and will beat the living crap out of you for moving your arm too fast as you’re reaching for your license and registration. Then again, the police brutality videos from Russian cops are probably even more extreme. Solution: gladiator fights between American and Russian police.
