“I need to quit texting, because I could die in a car accident” texted 21-year-old Chance Boethe before driving off a cliff and breaking almost every bone in his body, including his neck and skull.
Boethe was released from the hospital just this week after a six month stay that included hours of grueling rehabilitation and re-learning how to speak.
He’s now speaking out publicly about the dangers of texting while driving.
