Some of these are definitely photoshopped
The last one is funny because the 20 year old is obviously still living at home with his mother.

2) maybe the last picture shows a guy who had to go home to his parents, who'd made him cake to eat as a family on his birthday. My parents do this with me, and I'm 26, and my sister, who's 32. So I fail to see the fail…
Henri Carter-Bresson called these "Decisive Moments". He was famous for photographing them. Check him out, his were better & not photoshopped.
Maybe the last one is a fail because the "cake" is still in the pan?
"photoshopped"… I'm getting very much tired of reading this word over and over, while I fear some of those who use it don't even know where it comes from in the first place.
In any case, I really see no point making continuous free advertising for an Adobe product, very expensive as it is, albeit vastly illegally obtained.
Pray, "photoshopped" meme users, change that filthy habit and use, say, "gimped" – at least that's a free open source software

Sxilderik… the term photoshop didn't derive from Adobe's Photoshop. It's been long used before that was around. When I did film photography back in college we would photoshop pictures all the time by hand… and yes, it was called photoshop. Its a great word to describe the altering of a photo.
And Gimped just sounds retarded.

@Photographer: thanks for the pointer and the sharing, I thought I was about to be proved wrong and learn something new, oh joy, but… Adobe Photoshop is twenty years old, and Wikipedia and Online Etymology Dictionary.com both say that the Adobe product is the origin of the word.

The last one is funny because stating the obvious.
Think in the last picture, the kid's mum placed the candle in a tray of pasta (?).
I think Keanu in then first pic is a Fake. Different illumination of his face demonstrate it. And he´s not following the game. Anyway Have you seen those kids in real danger?
A 20 yrs guy at "home" with that celebration is like being in hell. His face shows a real drink hangover waiting going to sleep. In pasta I think so, enjoying so much. And his father shooting ¡¡¡Super!!!
The last one is supposed to be funny because of the birthday "cake", which actually looks to be a tray of pasta. If the poster or any of you think it's funny for that "other" reason you are a bunch of f**king pricks.

Yo look at the first picture closely :O above the guy taking a bat to the face there is a man dressed in grey with scruffy facial hair that looks alot like that guy from the matrix man keanu reeves ( i dont know how to spell his name)

Noone finds the popcorn one funny because it isn't, the guy did it on purpose as part of a td celebration
Keanu is photoshopped in, Terrell Owens 'drank' the popcorn on purpose (even though he himself is a living FAIL), and the 20yo looks too much like the kid from dazed&confused.
Some of these are shopped. #1 is shopped from that famous meme of Keanu eating a sandwich on a park bench. The ladder guys is a well documented shop too. Most of these have been around for ages!

No he didn't and that pic really doesn't belong here. He knew it was popcorn as that was the game against the Green Bay Packers in which T.O. was telling everyone to "get their popcorn ready" as he felt he and the Cowboys would make a statement in this game. He knew it was popcorn the whole time.
Yeah.. For some reason I find almost none of these funny.
