Oprah Removes 6 Million Votes from Zach Anner’s Video Submission, Internet Goes Crazy
If you’ve been up to date with the latest internet news, you may have heard that this wonderfully talented person with cerebral palsy (the sexiest of the palsies) named Zach Anner submitted a video to Oprah’s contest for a new show for her television network. The internet as a whole fell in love with his humor, charm, and devilishly good looks.

Zach quickly gained a huge following, being backed by reddit, 4chan, Digg, and bloggers everywhere. Zach was put in the lead by over 6 million votes, beating out other really, really stupid contestants (honestly, a reality show about a school teacher? For the most part, we’ve all been to elementary school and don’t need to be reminded). In the past few days, there has been a lot of controversy over the sudden drop in votes for Zach, which ended up dropping him past the top three.
One reddit user actually took a comparative screen shot demonstrating how many votes had been removed for the finals [see the thread].

As a result of Oprah being a huge dick and not acknowledging the problem here, the fine people of the internet have quickly made a Google trend stating that Oprah hates disabled people.

It's kind of odd actually…. If you go to the "results" page, it shows him in 7th with some 3 million votes. However, if you actually click on his profile, it shows him with 9,131,000 and some change. That puts him in 2nd, behind the chick with the "Happy Show".
Hrm…. except, if you click on happy chick, it shows her with less then 8 million. WTF?!
