The Coke Machine of the Future is Frozen (Video)

article written by:

In the world of chilled carbonated drinks, Coca-Cola has pioneered what seems to be the coke machine of the future. What they’ve done is somehow reverse engineered the laws of science to make a coke that can be purchased from a vending machine, and then once you’ve taken a sip, you turn it upside down for a second and then return to its right-side-up mode. Then it’s a slurpee. Or just coke with coke flavored ice, like the happy fellow in this video explains.

Our pals at Uproxx seem to think the future of America is doomed with this invention.

You do realize there is nothing special about this coke and that this can be done with any sealed cold beverage once it reaches a certain temperature?

It's called "Supercooling." Simple process really. If they would have tapped it upside down without opening it, the same thing would have happened.
