I know you were going for comic value somewhat – but the kitty was obviously stressed – there are ways to do this that are much less stressful for the cat.
Unless you put flea shampoo on it, you don't need to wash a cat. I wish that thing would have bit you.

@Cat Bather actually Yeah when a animal has a flea problem, dawn is the best at getting rid of fleas and doesn't have a lot of the chemicals that flea dips have…When I worked at a groomers we used it a lot. It is also good when you mix Baking soda, dawn dish washing detergent, and hydrogen peroxide. it is the best De-skunking agent I have ever found…Worked 100 times better then tomato juice ever did
