Disney’s Donald Duck Cops A Feel — Disney Gets Sued

That pant-less pervert Donald Duck has been named in a law suit filed by 27 year old April Magolon of Pennsylvania, who took offense to the Disney mascot trying for some cross species hanky-panky when he allegedly grabbed her breast during a visit to Epcot Center in 2008.

Clearly the dastardly duck did some serious damage with his wandering hands/wings, because Magolon is suing Disney for negligence, battery and emotional distress. She is asking for at least $50,000 to pay for the post traumatic stress disorder she suffers as a result of the feathery fondling, which left her with nightmares, digestive problems and other permanent injuries.

Disney attempted to have the suit dismissed or moved to Florida, claiming the victim sued the wrong Disney corporate entity, but US District Judge refused and the suit will proceed in Pennsylvania.
