Han Solo and “Chewie” have were the bestest of friends. They were true pals, who smuggled and saved asses time and time again. The cool thing about Chewbacca is that he combines the best assets of a dog with the irreverent wit of your best drinking buddy. Also, he’s huge which is why the unusually large Peter Mayhew was chosen for the role of the wookie. Harrison Ford looks a little bit like he was ACTUALLY frozen in carbonite. He’s Harrison Ford though, so with the miracle of breakthrough erection medication and the upcoming success of ‘Cowboys and Aliens’–Calista Flockhart’s skinny ass is gonna be utilized by this man for many years to come.

But you probably didn’t know just how good he was with kids. If you happen to be at a huge convention like Comic-Con… why not let R2 D2 act as babysitter. He does an awesome job.

2011 Prequel to John Carpenter’s ‘The Thing’ (Video)

John Carpenter has proven time and time again that he definitely has some twisted issues. Nothing reinforces this quite like a movie night filled with his 1982 film “The Thing.” It’s about an alien who assimilates people, but also turns into a freaky man-monster when it’s discovered.
