Mario and Pac-Man come from two completely different worlds. These different worlds do have something in common though. There are tons of evil creatures that can’t wait to do some smiting and really dig a good pursuit. This picture shows us how those worlds would be affected if Mario and Pac-Man ever decide to work together. They are truly an epic force to be reckoned with.

The world of online flash games has grown to such amazing heights in the past few years with hundreds of games being released every month. Some reach instant popularity while others live short lives then eventually die out without a trace. Flash games are becoming more and more similar as originality starts to take a back seat to whatever style of game is becoming popular. Once a popular game emerges on the net, several games are released shortly after. These games are just clones of an original idea but some do go on to stand their own ground in whatever style of game they chose to copy. The largest styles of games I’ve seen copied in the last little while are DDR/Guitar Hero, Tower Defense, and launch games (kitten cannon, learn to fly, etc.). Breaking news: cat memes have not been totally exhausted…yet. Move over Keyboard Cat, and make room for Techno Kitten Adventure. This flashy world of technicolor beasts, outer space, and lunch meats is a game where the player must help little Techno Kitten avoid obstacles and make it to the next visually assaulting Geocities page level. The cat does this by wearing a jetpack, obviously. How else do you expect to fly over a giant ham?
Pikachu has always been a sweet and cuddly creature. He cares about his friends and is always there to help out. What you didn’t know about Pikachu was just how dangerous he is. These ads were singed to the outside of our tender little brains and put a rage in our bellies that caused a relentless verbal assault on our parents. We wanted these games. These commercials are as classic as the video games they are advertising. Let’s go back to a simpler time.
There are certain times in life cameras catch amazing glimpses into our world that we can barely comprehend. This is one of those images. Why is this man dressed like a Super Mario brother? Why is he carrying that blow up doll with such bravado? What happened 10 minutes prior to this picture being taken. And who the hell is taking this picture? All of these are appropriate questions to have bouncing around in your skull. Whatever happened it was messy and probably depraved.

The game Street Fighter helped a lot of us channel that angst we were experiencing throughout our youth. Apparently in Korea, or where ever this series was made… Street Fighter made a big impact.
The series starts off with the longest intro in the history of television… they literally go through almost the entire lineup of every Street Fighter character ever. Zangief is especially small in this take on the classic series. The special effects are gut-bustingly funny. Do yourself a favor and let this nugget of web weirdness soak into your brain.
